We are a Scottsdale-area landscape company that grew out of doing one job right, then the next one, then the one after that — the slow, referral-driven way.
The short version
How we got here
Leaf and Stone Landscape is Kim and Alfred Bracero. Alfred grew up in McCormick Ranch — went to high school here, still lives here — and came up through the ranks of the trade before taking over the business he now runs alongside Kim. That local history shows up in the work: he isn’t driving in from across the Valley, he’s caring for yards in the neighborhood he’s called home his whole life.
Together they bring maintenance and installation experience alongside design and administrative know-how — a genuinely well-rounded team — with 20 years in quality tree service, pruning, and removal behind them. Whether it’s a standing maintenance relationship, a landscape face-lift, or a complete redesign, they serve homeowners and property managers across Paradise Valley, McCormick Ranch, Las Sendas, and the greater Phoenix area with the kind of personal, professional communication you’d expect from someone who lives down the street.
